I knew the basics about power point but i had no idea you could use it to create a game and all that. I think my game came out great, it's actually really fun making all the questions and adding the jeoprody sounds.
In my classroom, i would definitely use podcasts. When were reading a book I could make a pod cast of the study guide questions and answers. Also, instead of reading aloud to my students I could get the books on tape and play them so they can listen as they read along.
I learned way more about power point than i ever did before. I can really benefit from the skills because i can make a review game for my students and also power points on the material were studying. I think visuals always help the learning process.
